216 Singles is the newest member of a growing family of elite matchmaking services — alongside Pittsburgh Singles (412) and Orlando Singles (407) — now launching in Greater Cleveland. We're looking for our founding Director: the person who will build client relationships, guide members through their journey, and represent the brand with warmth and discretion.
This isn't a call center job. It's a relationship-centered role where your emotional intelligence, professionalism, and genuine care for people will determine your success. We'll train the right person completely. What you bring is character — the rest we'll build together.
What You'll Do
- Conduct private consultations with prospective members
- Guide members through the matchmaking process
- Curate and present personalized match introductions
- Manage ongoing member relationships with discretion
- Grow the Cleveland membership base through referrals
- Represent the brand at select local events
Who Thrives Here
- Naturally warm, empathetic, and discreet
- Prior matchmaking, coaching, therapy, or HR experience a plus
- Sales, real estate, or hospitality backgrounds welcome
- Comfortable with high-achieving, discerning clientele

Compensation
- Base salary + performance commission
- Full training provided — no matchmaking experience required
